Flipping the Org Chart

Agile isn't just some process you overlay onto your existing organization.  When done right, the eventual result is the "flipping" of the org chart so that leadership realizes the best thing for them as individuals, and their organization as a whole, is to serve their people.

By "flipping the org chart" companies reach the "hyper-productivity" that Jeff Sutherland often refers to.

There's an old saying. "Never discuss politics, sex or religion in polite company." On the other hand, we all agree on many things.
